    Here's something most Real Estate Agents won't tell you.... Interview more than one! In today's complex market, there are many options that might fit your needs differently, and many agents offer different levels of service.
    Ask yourself these questions when interviewing different agents:
    *Does this person have my best interests in mind?

    *Is this person a strong negotiator? (hint: if you are selling your home, object on the commission amount. If an agent can't effectively negotiate his/her own commission, how are they going to handle a low offer on your home?)

    *Do I get along with this person? (agent/client relationship is very important. The Real Estate process can be hectic at times. Don't add more stress by working with someone you can't get along with)

    *Is this person worth the money? (a good agent should be giving you the level of service that you require. Do you need to be called everyday? Don't like texting? Be clear as to what your expectations are. Remember, cheaper may not always mean better)

    At the end of the day, the agent you choose to work with should make you feel as if you are his/her only client. We all get busy, but we all have needs as well, and it's certainly nice to have someone there who you truly feel is looking after you through the crazy awesome process of Real Estate!
