Michael Dedic, | Henderson

Born in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Dedic has a BS Degree in finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He transitioned into real estate after a long and successful career in finance as a stock broker, financial planning, and executive compensation planning. He brings a very professional attitude, with extensive research and knowledge to the field of real estate and private money management.

As CFO & managing partner of Integrity Property Solutions, Michael utilized his expertise in finance and analysis to locate and purchase real estate at incredible bargains. After buying, renovating, renting, and selling over 50 properties he set his sights on Commercial Development. He purchased a commercial land on the corner of an intersection zoned C-1 to build a retail strip center. He worked with architects, engineers, zoning, and learning the ins and outs of Las Vegas development politics. He also created a regulation D offering approved by the SEC for Real Estate investment into the fund.

For the past 15 years, Michael has had integral roles in real estate investment, financing, and sales. As a real estate agent with Signature Gallery of Homes, Michael continues to help his clients with their home buying & selling decisions.
