Annie-Laurie Bushman

Annie-Laurie began her love for real estate at the early age of 18 when she purchased her first property. By the age of 21, with her husband, they had 3 rental properties. However, it was not until they went to sell their first property in 2007, that she found the desire to be an agent. Now with more than 12 years of experience in real estate and property management, Annie-Laurie Bushman has had the pleasure of representing home buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with their real estate transactions in the Nevada market. Previously, Mrs. Bushman served as Designated Broker and Office Manager at Gold Club Homes, where she oversaw day to day operations. She loves real estate and is always furthering her education. She was a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) Grievance Committee for 3 years and is a member of Risk Reduction Candidate. She is a graduate of the 2016 GLVAR Leadership Training, as well as a Certified Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP). Annie is currently 2019 Chair of the GLVAR Community Outreach Committee. Annie's most recent accomplishment was being honored with the award of 2019 YPN Top 40 Under 40 Agents. She is passionate about volunteering with her kids, by volunteering at Las Vegas Rescue Mission, as well participating in Junior Achievement and mentoring weekly at a local High School. Annie was born in Arizona, raised in Las Vegas, NV since the age of 5, and currently resides in the Henderson area. She has been married for over 20 years and has two teenagers.
