Dan Carr

I'm originally from Atlanta, Georgia where I lived until the age of 18. I enlisted in the US Navy for three years and spent most of my time in Asmara, Eritrea. After the Navy I spent 20 years in the Hotel/Casino business. In 1994 I became a full time Realtor and have remained. I received my Brokers Licenses in 2000 and my Property Management Licenses in 2004. I owned my own Real Estate Brokerage for 10 years before selling and joining Signature Real Estate Group. I currently manage 85 properties as well as Listings and Sales. I have a full time assistant, Susan Schaefer who is available to assist in all aspects of Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
